May is the Month of Ripple! Presale this weekend for Doublestone, Vokonis and Steak releases!




Wow!  Talk about busy.  May has a killer line-up of releases, more than we've ever done, and since they're all here and looking killer, we can't find any reason to wait before we let these guys go.  So, three big releases this month, and all go on pre-sale this weekend, Saturday May 6th, at 7 am PST.  One big massive Ripple day. First up is the dynamite new album from Denmark's Doublestone.  "Devil's Own/Djaevlen's Egn" is a masterwork of old school heavy psych in the Graveyard/Kadavar vein.  Mastered for vinyl by Mos Generator's Tony Reed, so you know it sounds powerful and organic.  Eye in the Sky Edition limited to 100 pressed, World-wide Orange crush, CD's and 5 test pressings also available.
Vokonis was one of the main breakout bands from last year's Doom scene, and this year promises to be even bigger with their music coming in the major film "Planet of Doom", a new full-length on Ripple next month, and this, their first ever 7" vinyl.  Side A is the title track "The Sunken Djinn" from the upcoming album while Side B is a non-album, unreleased track. Each edition limited to 100 pressed, plus a couple test pressing, all go on presale.
Finally, UK Stoner monsters, Steak make their Ripple Music debut with their latest full-length, "No God to Save."  Featuring some amazing album art and a gatefold cover, this is one stunning package.  The buzz of the band's signing to Ripple was huge a their legion's of fans celebrated the coming of a new album, and here it is.  "Salvation's Edge" multi-colored splatter edition limited to 100 pressed, world-wide midnight black, CD's, and 5 test pressings also available.
